You may need a visa when traveling to Fukuoka, Japan. Click here to view visa guidelines from the Embassy of Japan. Normally, a visa can be issued 5 working days if all the requirements are met. There are, however, cases where referral to the government office in Japan is necessary. Such referral cases may take up to 2 months for results.
Invitation Letters
You will need to be registered for the conference in order to receive an invitation letter. Once registered, contact Brianna Angelakis (ISOEN 2019 Manager) to request the letter. Please indicate in the email if there is any additional information that will need to be listed.
