Dr. Michael Gilroy holds an honours degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and an Engineering doctorate from the University of Glasgow. He briefly worked for Strathclyde Universities Electronic and Electrical Engineering department as a research fellow before co-founding Embedded Technology Solutions Ltd in 2007. The company was bought over by Afimilk in 2015 and he continues to work for Afimilk as the R&D group leader managing the research and software development team in Glasgow.
